GUTTERING
Guttering is a common roofing problem but with good maintenance and a professional installation your guttering should run smoothly for a good number of years.
When things do start to go wrong you might notice leaks at the joints, fittings or midway through a run as the materials degrade. If you don’t spot a leak itself, keep an eye out for a damp patch on the floor or the walls or even water spilling over the top of a gutter where there is a blockage in the guttering or the downpipes.
Series A can either repair your guttering or, if you’re looking at plastic guttering that is over 10 years old, we’d suggest seriously considering a replacement if you want to avoid further future problems.
We can provide you with an accurate quote for a full replacement with a measurement for the guttering length concerned, or alternatively, for guttering repair services we’re happy to discuss a great value hourly rate.
Top Tip
If you think your gutters might be leaking, try checking the underside of the joints to see if they are stained. Just keep an eye out for staining to the underside of the gutter.
